　　由中国东方航空股份有限公司(“本公司”)的香港全资子公司东航海外（香港）有限公司（“发行人”）于2021年7月15日发行的有担保新加坡元债券（以下简称“本期债券”），将于2025年1月15日支付本期债券自2024年7月15日至2025年1月15日期间的利息。为保证付息工作的顺利进行，方便投资者及时领取利息，现将有关事宜公告如下：
　　一、新加坡元债券基本情况
　　1.发行规模：5亿新加坡元；
　　2.发行期限：5年；
　　3.单位面值：25万新加坡元；
　　4.年利率：2.00%；
　　5.担保机构：中国工商银行股份有限公司上海分行为本次发行的债券本息及其他相关费用提供不可撤销的备用信用证担保；
　　6.起息日：2021年7月15日；
　　7.兑付日：2026年7月15日。
　　二、新加坡元债券本次付息情况
　　1.计息期限：2024年7月15日至2025年1月15日;
　　2.债券登记日：2025年1月14日;
　　3.付息日：2025年1月15日。
　　三、本次付息方案
　　本次付息每手有担保债券（单位面值均为25万新加坡元)派发利息为2,520.55新加坡元 (不含税)。
　　四、付息对象
　　本次付息对象为截至2025年1月14日在欧洲清算所（Euroclear）和明讯银行（Clearstream）登记在册的新加坡元债券 持有人。
　　五、付息办法
　　购买新加坡元债券并持有至债券登记日的投资者，利息款通过支付代理人德意志银行香港分行设立的托管账户划付给欧洲清算所（Euroclear）和明讯银行（Clearstream），再由欧洲清算所（Euroclear）和明讯银行（Clearstream）将利息款划付至登记在册的投资者资金账户。
